5 Shades of Torrid
I like Torrid... They are a little pricey for some of their items, but for the most part the quality of clothing is worth it. With recent trends for plus size fashion being a little less conservative, I was wondering what Torrid would do to compete? Well my question was answered with their new lookbook entitled "5 Shades of Torrid".. and allusion to the media grabbing, controversial book "50 Shades of Grey" <-- loved the book BTW!!
Any ways, the items definitely caught me off guard. Torrid, to me, has always been "safe" in their selection of styles and colors. Maybe it's a sign of the times but the style choices are definitely more risque.
I absolutely love this lace pull-over with the shorts. It's simple but sexy. It has been hotter than Hades's cook out outside, so sometimes lace is all you need.
Style #4 is chill and chic.. The heels set this outfit off. I'm not a big fan of the 2nd outfit but it is still cute!!It is hard enough trying to find clothes for big girls, but then being a young, twenty-something big girl, it is even harder. So I am forever on the hunt for cute, trendy, plus size clothes.
One site that I have stumbled upon is MsFullFigured.com. I like the clothing on this site because it is colorful, unique and stylish. I haven't seen too many of the pieces on other sites. The designs are

Has this happened to you? You go shoe shopping, see the perfect boots to go with an outfit you've been dying to wear, you actually find your size, you slip your foot in, you start pulling it up and then BAM! its stuck. You can't get it up over your calf!! I have had to leave countless boots in the store because of this!!
